The Festival Lounge programme revealed!

Festival Lounge 2014
– Baltic Circle & Pop Up Art House

In November, the Baltic Circle International Theatre Festival and the Pop Up Art House collective create a lovely open living room in the heart of Helsinki! Festival Lounge nights promise rare pearls of Indian film music, a party version of the Real Life Escape Room game and other artistic acts, not to mention smashing DJ sets and live gigs.

Baltic Circle Festival Lounge nights are arranged for the sixth time, this year curated by Pop Up Art House and taking place at the Diana stage in Erottaja. The club provides a place for hanging out and meeting people, a connecting point for the festival audiences and urban citizens from Monday to Friday 10–14 November 2014! Entry to the clubs is free.

The pop up festival and collective Pop Up Art House has been enthusiastically received in the urban performance art scene. Two times a year it offers a unique space for art by combining a diverse artistic programme and an eventful bar – this autumn marking the last time. The Pop Up Art House curators team consists of the feminist theatre group Blaue Frau, Ágnes Kaszás and a changing group of people from a variety of artistic fields.

The Baltic Circle Festival takes place in Helsinki 9–16 November 2014! Tickets are on sale!
Pop Up Art House takes place in Helsinki 8–29 November 2014.
